- Lead a team of 12 employees and volunteers, facilitated the efforts of over 20 professionals, closed over $3 million in gifts and got the Center for Entrepreneurship recognized as a top tier entrepreneurship program by Entrepreneur Magazine in less than 2 years after inception.

- Created and launch 1st Student Affairs Campaign, cultivated over 100 prospects, closed $3.6 million in gifts, and generated over $100,000 in new annual sponsorships as first full-time Development Director for Student Affairs.

- Successful led marketing campaign to get approval for new facilities, lead team of 15 full and part-time employees, generated almost 10% of the department’s 1996 budget through new sponsorships, and delivered over 10 leadership training sessions as first full-time Marketing and Training Director for the Department of Recreational Sports.

In his final year of college basketball competition, Jon's coach was quoted as saying "When Jon plays well, the team plays well. He seems to be the catalyst. Down the stretch, he had key passes and rebounds, along with his points." Jon's was MVP of his college basketball team as a senior, played on championship teams throughout his athletic career, and had the most unique college experience of simultaneously studying and learning the unique characteristics of both winless and national championship teams during his junior year in college.

5. The joy and inspiration of Jon’s life is his happy family. Jon and Mary Ann, his wife of almost 7 years, are joyfully raising their beautiful, energetic and funny two year old daughter, Catherine! Enjoys participating in a variety of physical activities and watching sports competition at their highest levels. Currently passionate about participating in healthy activities, fitness, biking, and golf but you can also occasionally find him “giving his all” in a pick-up basketball game or tennis match!
